Resources & podcasts

Of the writing of books, the penning of articles, and the recording of podcasts, there is no end! But here are a few resources for you that we hope prove helpful to you!

  • This is the group of Lutheran churches that 'walk together' (synod) in common understanding and confession of the Good New of Jesus Christ for the world.

  • This is the district of the LC-MS that New Hope belongs to. Our district offices and staff are located in Ann Arbor, MI.

  • Here is one of 1517's tremendous podcasts. 'The Thinking Fellows' highlight Lutheran theology, Reformation history, and Christian Apologetics (Why we believe what we believe). Give a listen!

  • The mission of 1517 is to uphold the legacy of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible in as many ways as possible as was rediscovered through the Lutheran Reformation in 1517. Their content includes blogposts, a series of podcast, a publishing house, and a speakers bureau.

The 'unblog' blog

It is my hope that the following articles and resources will prove helpful to you! A majority of what you will find here is not original. Rather, for the most part I will be pointing you to the original content of various others. It is my hope that you will find these voices just as challenging, helpful, and refreshing as I have. + Pastor David
